At mindhealth.ai, our mission is to democratize access to mental wellness tools by combining ancient wisdom with scientific research. We are a non-profit initiative dedicated to helping people manage stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalance using guided breathwork rooted in proven practices like pranayama.

How It Works

We guide our users through structured breathing practices that are simple yet powerful:

  1. Equal Breathing
    Inhale and exhale for the same duration. This technique is easy to learn but remarkably effective for creating calm and balance.

  2. Box Breathing
    A structured rhythm — inhale, hold, exhale, hold — to steady the mind and reduce stress.

  3. Resonance (Coherent) Breathing
    Breathe at a slow, steady cadence (around 5–6 breaths per minute) to bring your heart rate variability into harmony. This rhythm helps your nervous system shift into a more relaxed, restorative state.

Through repeated practice, these breathing techniques help you cultivate emotional resilience, better sleep, and improved physiological balance.
